This study of Arroyo Hondo Pueblo's present-day environment offers a foundation for understanding the area's prehistoric ecology. Special attention is given to the economic resources offered by vegetation and wildlife; to the area's agricultural potential as dictated by soils and water sources; and to climate variability.
