Dean M. Harris, J.D., is Director of the Program in Health Administration Ethics in the Department of Health Policy and Administration, School of Public Health, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Since 1993, he has taught courses in healthcare law, ethics, and related issues at UNC. He currently teaches in both the UNC Department of Health Policy and Administration and the UNC School of Law; he previously taught at The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
