About the Author

Gordon M. Wardlaw, Ph.D., has taught introductory nutrition courses to students in the Department of Human Nutrition at The Ohio State University, and at other colleges and universities. Dr. Wardlaw is the author of many articles that have appeared in prominent nutrition, biology, physiology, and biochemistry journals and was the 1985 recipient of the American Dietetic Association’s Mary P. Huddleson Award. Dr. Wardlaw is a member of the American Society for Nutritional Sciences and is certified as a Specialist in Human Nutrition by the American Board of Nutrition. Dr. Wardlaw is currently retired from academia.

Wardlaw presented the information so clear in this textbook. It was so easy to read and want to keep reading. The images used are extremely helpful in seeing how nutrition is essential in our day to day lives. I would recommend this book to everyone. No matter what you are studying, nutrition still affects us all.

I recently bought a book from here, got it really fast and it said it was used and in good condition- but this book looked practically brand new, nothing was wrong with it. The only problem was I found out a day later my professor decided we wouldn't be using the book:[ Hopefully Infinity will contact me soon about a return and refund- other than that, great purchase.
