This is a lovely book both for the professional artist or the beginner. I am an artist but have never tried paper mache and this book gives easy to follow instructions and beautiful images of the finished works.
I can't wait to have a go and I think that's a pretty good recommendation of a book that gives you the inspiration to create immediately!
Obviously you can interpret the works with your own artistic flair and who knows where that can take you!

My son was applying to high school and we needed a 3D piece for his portfolio. He settled on papier mache and off he went. The projects were all doable and the images were very crisp and inspiring. He didn't copy what he saw in the book, but it gave him the skills to create a piece that won everyone over. I've never seen him work so hard on anything before and since this was such a slow process, it was a teachable moment; plan, plan and plan. I hope when he gets to high school, he'll have the opportunity to do more papier mache work. It allowed him to let his creativity show.

Great how to book and I highly recommend it.
