Lacking in substance,

This review is from: Contemporary Saxophone (Sheet music)
There's not much to this book besides dated photos of people with '80s big hair and a few introductory paragraphs about getting acquainted with the saxophone. More to the point, there's little to the contents that makes its focus anymore "contemporary" than any other Volume 1 saxophone book. And there are plenty of better books like that out there. I wish I'd passed this one by.
