The item arrived timely, just as described in good packaging. This frame was perfect for our wedding! This is the modern way to keep a guestbook! Our wedding picture looks gorgeous in it! My advice is to make sure someone is assigned to have people sign it because I think some people didn't know what to do with it even though we had the instructions out.
