Book Description

"The strengths of this text are the breadth of theories covered; the integration of gender-related topics¾ family, work, religion; the use of substantial quotes from primary texts; the consistent inclusion of methodological issues.…I have no doubt that it will find a solid position in the field of theory texts."
--Kathleen Slobin, North Dakota State University

This review is from: Contemporary Sociological Theory (Paperback)
This book is very informative in relations to Contemporary Sociology. It can be challenging to read at times. Although it does give in short detailed meaning of words that help a reader understand exactly what sociology is.
