2.0 out of 5 stars I like my books to be edited first.
This book is captivating if you're browsing, but it's virtually useless as a research tool. The writing is full of flaws--sentences are mangled, thoughts are buried under odd syntax, typos are everywhere. Greenwood needs to take their time and stop churning out this stuff without SERIOUS pre-publishing revisions.

From a timeline of international developments and trends affecting youth culture to the growing powers of youth as consumers, as potential political voters, and as activisits, CONTEMPORARY YOUTH CULTURE takes a broad base in considering the group's social influences and trends, language, concerns and more.
