This review is from: Content Evaluation of Textual CD-ROM and Web Databases: (Paperback)
The book itself was quite good. Coverage was comprehensive and still highly relevant today.
The author's voice is very unique and fun to read when dealing with such things as databases. The only complaint is that the binding is frankly very poor. If not already released as an E-book, perhaps it should be. It fell apart on me, chapter by chapter. I kept reading, the binding just did not hold. I still treasure the stapled copy and it may have been my overuse of the product but it simply did not hold up more than three months. Buy it for the content and get your stapler ready. |
