Lucy West gives the reader an inside view to the coaching position. The CD's let you see an expert in action and then read about what the author/coach is thinking. This was extremely helpful in moving me to the next step in becoming a good math coach.

This book is wonderfully helpful to educators who are coaches or considering coaching as part of their educational career. Enjoyable and easy to read.
Received it quickly. It was very gently used.

This is one of the few math coaching books I've found--most resources are for literacy coaching. The cool thing about this book is its unique format: it includes CDs with video of actual coaching sessions that you can view on your computer. The book provides transcripts and analysis of the video interactions. That was soooo helpful for me since I've had very few opportunities to watch other coaches in action.

The book arrived 5 days after I ordered it! It was in great condition and had all 3 Cds with it. I would def. order from them again!
