An editor and author, Paige Leavitt has written for numerous APQC publications, including "Capturing Critical Knowledge From a Shifting Work Force" and "Solving Problems in Schools."

The American Productivity & Quality Center works to identify best practices, discover effective methods of improvement, broadly disseminate findings, and connect individuals with one another and the knowledge, training, and tools they need to succeed.
