Positive thinking to improve your life!,
By mediAmaze "Comrade" (Texas) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Contesting: The Name It and Claim It Game : Wineuvers for Wishcraft (Paperback)
Proving that "Attitude is everything", this guide on using positive mental energy is a winner! Although the title leads you to believe that this book is only about winning contests (and there is certainly lots of contest-winning information), the contents of the book can be applied to any situation. It certainly convinced me that positive thinking is the single-most important change you can make in your life.

I bought this book based on my knowledge of the law of attraction and a few recommendations. I have used the methods as described on several contests - but - it suddenly hit me - if in fact and I have no reason to doubt this - Helen Hadsell did win all the contest as stated in the book it was during a period of time when the entries were not in the millions as they are today with the ability to enter most contest' via computer. All the contest I entered I kept close tabs on and when they drew the winner there were between 5 and 25 million entries. I never won a thing using these methods - my question to Helen and or her family would be - who is going to win if say 500 or even 25 out of 5 million people entering are using this method? As stated I do believe in visualization and using the law of attraction but when entering a contest in 2010 I am not sure the odds are in your favour - I would ask Helen's family how many contest' they have won in the last 5 years. Oh, she also offers a book you can purchase based on your name, birthday, etc - sort of an astrological thing - I don't recall how much I paid (I know there's a sucker born every minute) but it came in an old photo album and looked put together in about 10 minutes. This lady may be a wonderful woman, and I say that with all sincerity but she has herself a racket going on. Just my opinion.
