This is a fine product and does everything it is supposed to do. It cleans the oil nearly as good as new. It is important to use the instructions that came with the filter. The double filtering really does make a terrific difference. The only reason I did not give this a five star rating is because the rack came in slightly warped and does not fit level on the support but does not interfere with what the procuct is supposed to do.

I previously purchased the felt filter with the paper inserts, and was looking for some way of supporting them over my pot so I could filter my maple syrup. I purchased this metal rack, which was displayed on the same page as the filters, but they don't go together at all. I would love to purchase a rack and filters that fit them, but have been unsuccessful.
