Editorial Reviews

Filmed in Reston, Virginia, October 12-16, 2001 during the Continuum and the Healing Process: Trauma Recovery course taught by Emilie Conrad and Suzanne Scurlock-Durana.

This workshop was taught 4 weeks after September 11th and dealt primarily with the impact of trauma on the body and how to release it, transform it and continue living in a full way. We have received positive feedback from many people who were unable to attend the workshop, but have used the skills taught in this video to heal the trauma in themselves and their communities.
