Douglas Whaley is a Professor Emeritus at the Mortiz College of Law, The Ohio State University, from which he retired in 2004. His specialty is commercial law, for which he has writen seven casebooks (all published by Aspen Publishers), three Gilbert's Summaries of the Law, and recorded four lectures for the Sum and Substance CD Series. After retiring from teaching, Whaley wrote a novel called "Imaginary Friend," which is an atheist thriller (new genre). He is immodestly proud of the novel, which is available on Amazon.com.
