I received my "new" tank in the mail. It had a broken hatch and seven broken treads on one of the tracks. All the broken pieces were laying in the styrafoam packing inside the box, inside the UPS box. Wow, this toy was packed to the hilt. After complaining to "Heng Long Toys", they assured me that this toy was a brand new tank from the factory. They said they would send me another tank asap. I received my other "brand new" tank. It was packed the same sturdy way, and guess what, the same hatch was missing, not broken, as on my first tank. I checked the box thoroughly and found a hinge and a hatch thrown in with some of other extra parts. I put the hinge and the hatch on the tank. They were both dark green. The rest of the tank is tan, brown and camoflauge green. It obviously didn't come from the factory like that. I took some parts off of the first tank and with a little drilling, paint and some glue, it almost looks like "new". If you buy from "Heng Long Toys", buy two. If you are lucky, you will have enough parts to make one.

I gave my grandson the tank for his birthday. Although it was three days late, he loves it. I hope it lasts more days then how long it took to get it.

I bought this item as a Christmas gift for my son. Upon opening the package we were very disappointed to find that the remote control was completely shattered both inside and out. Not only that, but there were hundreds of tiny pieces just scattered/broken throughout the box to the extent that no one in their right mind would be able to figure out how to assemble it. In order to resolve the issue, I made several attempts to contact the seller, but never received any replies. I then filed an A to Z claim with Amazon which is still being disputed. It saddens me that this seller not only sent a completely damaged/useless toy, but seems to have no concern about their customer's satisfaction by not resolving the issue. This is a very expensive item, and I am very upset that I've had no luck with a replacement, or reimbursement in over a month. I would not recommend buying from this seller. If the seller finally does reply to my emails and fixes the matter at hand, I would take that last statement back, but I have a feeling this isn't going to happen. My next step is involving a lawyer because I do not want others to experience the feeling of dishing out such a large amount of money for a completely damaged and useless item. To make matters worse, my son was heartbroken to find the item was broken and I assured him it would be fixed because I assumed the matter would be handled like any other quality seller would handle it...by replacing or reimbursing.
