Same thing with the moths.

The Camicide would work with two or three treatments of the infected area.

Oh for the days of Camicide.

I saw that "Control Natural Bug Spray" was being marketed as being safe for birds.

With Camicide you sprayed it and the ants or moths were deceased the moment you sprayed them.

With Control- well I guess its kind of natural- because the only way I can kill the ants is by drowning them. Same thing with the moths.

I can not recommend this product at all. I am hugely disappointed.

I will create a video review to go with this.

Bottom line- overpriced product that DOES NOT WORK. You might as well save your money and use water.

I used Camicide for years which is no longer available. Bought this spray to try to get rid of new moth infestation from a bulk bag of seeds. The Camicide would work with two or three treatments of the infected area. When I used Camicide, I sprayed anywhere in the bird room and the moths would just drop and die.

This Control Aviary Spray will only kill the moths if you spray enough to drown them. This also has a strong odor which I do not care for. I can spray directly at the moths and it knocks them out of the air. They hit the floor and flap their little wings for a few seconds and take off. I even put a few moths in a glass jar and sprayed them. Two days later only one out of 6 was dead -- don't know if it was the spray or the other moths killing him for food.

Definately will not buy again.

I've used Camicide for the past 15 years to keep down the fruit flies that invade my house each summer - I have two large parrots that like lots of fresh fruit. Camicide is no longer available. I've been searching desperately for a replacement. This works just fine. My birds are healthy and I'm much happier. Good residual affect keeps the flies down. They're almost completely gone.
