Amazon Verified Purchase
The "freeze alarm" was easy to set up and test. Before we left I put the unit outside and after it adjusted to the lower temps. it called our cell. Worked great and it is nice not to have to ask neighbors to keep an eye out for my old freeze light.

I got this item to alert me if the temperature inside drops which would indicate that my furnace is not working properly when we are away. In the past my furnace igniter has gone out twice and I had to call a repairman out in the middle of the night. I thought this would alert me if we were ever out of town in the winter so I could notify my repairman to check it out and prevent freezing inside the home. The install was very simple and the instructions are very clear and easy to understand. I would recommend this item for anyone that lives in a cold climate with a gas furnace. A must have.

was not able to use it because it will not work with ATT uverse phones and should be stated on site but return was a snap thanks Amazon for that

Works well and easy to use
