This stuff tastes great and also works. Only thing is that after 3 weeks i needed to up my dosage to have same effect. I use as pre workout and post. Od say best thing about it os its taste.

This product worked good i gained 10 lbs in a month but make sure you eat a lot of protein while taking this product.

I started strong and i finished stronger.

I weight about 150 pounds, At first i maxed only about 190 on bench press and like 6 weeks after taking this product i managed to get up to 220 which was great. Taking it about 25 minutes before you work out helps a lot.

you will get results.
