Good for several reasons,

This work is not only great because of the topic. It also shows how one sociologist deals with roadblocks when trying to do research. The people and companies the author dealt with treated her like she was a reporter instead of a sociologist (people weren't sure what a sociologist was), and grad students in the field would do well to read this book.
