Great info
very helpful. I had just purchased a new range that could go either. I needed more info on how convection was different that conventional. Still learning as I go.

Hard to follow
I was hoping for more "general" information about the convection oven. Plus, I am a firm believer in PICTURES! Pictures help make recipes easier to follow. I also expected more common dishes, some of the ingredients are rather hard (and expensive) to come by.

This book was somewhat helpful with specific how-to adjust recipe and temperature information, as well as recipes. I want to get the full benefits of convection cooking, and "Convection Oven Cookery" did have some good pointers. Excellent reource, super bargain as a used book!
