This review is from: A Convergence of Birds: Original Fiction and Poetry Inspired by the Work of Joseph Cornell (Kindle Edition)
This could have been a fine example of what a wonderful experience it can be reading an e-book on your iPad but alas,... what a disappointment to find out that the images of Joseph Cornell's art are not included in this Kindle edition. Whatever gave the publisher the idea that omitting those pictures, that form the heart of Jonathan Safran Foer's inspired project, wouldn't make that much of a difference? It just makes no sense.
I hope there will be a proper digital edition in the near future. (Thanks to Amazon for the possibility of a refund!) |
