Converging Hope,
This review is from: Converging Hope: 67 Years Surviving Diabetes How I Did It (Paperback)
This was an inspiring story about the challenges the author went through in surviving diabetes. It's difficult to set aside because you want to know what will happen next. After reading his book, I feel like anyone in this day of modern medicine has the ability to live a long and prosperous life with this disease and a very good chance a cure may be just around the corner. It is just fantastic that he is also donating 50% of his proceeds to research!!

The information on a personel level here is biblical. This man reveals the trials and tribulations of long term diabetes, and how the disease changed the river of his life. Childhood diabetes will not now automatically be considered a black plaque, when one reads this book and realizes this disease must be understood and attention paid to constant advances, will make one a survivor. This man actually survives cancer along with diabetes. If you are a loved one has been diagnosed with this disease.....READ THIS BOOK.........Henry Lee Plunkett........survivor
