This is a good, short overview of conversation skills. It covers 3 keys for having success with conversations. The examples the author uses are enjoyable to read and really help get his points across.

I love the tips Austin presents. I listened to the audio lessons prior to the book release and immediately started to put these tips to practice. I like books more than audios because I can underline and highlight, etc... Finally the book is here and I'm loving it!

I am a trainer by profession and a minister. As a trainer, I have to travel at times and entertain customers and co-workers as well as train other trainers to do the same. Our trainers have to have warm personalities and good communication skills. Of course that means good at conversating as well.

I will use these tips when training my trainers!

Austin make the tips practical and easy to put to use.
