This is my favorite book!,

This review is from: Conversations With God, Book 1 : An Uncommon Dialogue (8 Volume Set) (Audio CD)
I have been through Book One several times (I have both the book and the CD collection). More than any book I have ever read, this work provides answers to a multiplicity of difficult questions. I view myself as functioning at a higher level ever since first reading the series three years ago. I had an opportunity to ask Deepak Chopra, live on PBS, his opinion of this book; his answer: "Truly channeled directly from God!" The quality of the CD set is excellent. The choice of Ed Asner and Ellen Burstyn was inspired (Ellen never ceases to amaze). This set is a good investment since many people are likely to want to hear the entire book repeatedly!

A Contemplation About "Conversations.",
This review is from: Conversations With God, Book 1 : An Uncommon Dialogue (8 Volume Set) (Audio CD)
This is a masterpiece in modern thinking! As I listened to this book I finally realized that I was not the only person who found the little faults in human thinking and behavior, organized religion and government. The philosophies put forth in this book reflect exactly the philosophies of the common person but with one difference...the common person can feel it and act upon it but Mr. Walsch puts it into words for the first time. I have recommended this book time and time again to others and every time I get the same response...I thought I was the only one! I recommend this book highly to anyone who has an interest in living a correct life and has questions that you instinctivly know the answer to but want some kind of confirmation. Good reading!

I have, and read, the book. But, like vitamins, all great inspirational teachings need to ingested daily to be effective. I don't live the lifestyle to allow me to do this daily with the book. So, Neale and I are on the road daily!
An added bonus is: the last time someone read a book to me I had feeties on my pajamas!!

Everything the world needs to know,
This review is from: Conversations with God: An Uncommon Dialogue, Book 1 (Audio CD)
The "conversations with god" books are awesome. This is how it's all intended to be in contrast to the authority the different churches try to force on us. The books make you see the bigger scale on things and how we can reach our true potential.
For people who don't have time to read, this is a perfect alternative for in your car or on your iPod (or at home of course). Time to get wise and change this world into the paradise it could (and should) be. I thank Neale for the enourmous wisdom in his books.. The question if it actually comes from "god" isn't that important... but I think the message is just far too wise to just invent all of it. A lot of stuff to ponder about, good luck with it!

Conversations With God,
This review is from: Conversations with God: An Uncommon Dialogue, Book 1 (Audio CD)
I own both the hard copy and the audio book, and like most, I prefer the book. But the cd is incredibly convenient for people like me, who are always on the road.
I do tend to be alarmed at the price though. I got my CD set over the counter for under 30 dollars. Want a brandnew outlook on your spiritual life? Something that may appeal to yourself, rather than to the conventional masses? This is a great way to start.

This book was an extreme inspiration to my life and will impact me for the rest of my awakened time on this earth. I would heavily suggest anyone who wants to live "NOW" and do it successfully to read this book. It was phanominal!

Growing up and through most of my life I resented and despised my parents' (and the world's) idea of who "God" was. He sounded bloody AWFUL! How could people claim to LOVE such a bastard?' I asked myself over and over before turning my back on this so-called 'God' and renouncing religion altogether. Then I was presented with this book on audio CD and everything fell into place for me.
If everyone opened their mind and heart and read this, I firmly believe the world would change for the better. People would no longer feel the need to subscribe to the corrupt and hypocritical organized religions which profit from fear & ignorance and serve to segregate people further from one another. It's a brilliant philosophical work and offers a wealth of food for thought. What's more, it made a believer out of a lifelong atheist. Even better than that-- it made her realize her divinity and that of everyone around her. Do yourself an enormous favour and read this book

A REVISION OF THE BIBLE?...NOW I BELIEVE!!,
By A Customer
This review is from: Conversations With God : An Uncommon Dialogue, Book One, Audio Volume III (Audio Cassette)
Many people consider me silly for actually reading this book. They tell me it's ridiculous for God to write such things. The truth is that I do the things I do because God lets me know it's alright. My religion with God is my consciense. Through my consciense God lets me know what's right and what's wrong. This book has definitely confirmed to me that God is always my friend, not an enemy who's waiting for me to make a mistake so he could send me to hell (most of the people I know believe this). Your relationship with God is like a friend's. You have to be loyal, understanding and always listen to their thoughts and concerns. I cried when I read this book. I felt a bond I just couldn't explain. God was funny all the way. I knew God was cool! Personally, I don't believe in the Bible, but I would sure consider this book mine! The Bible seems so unrealistic since it was written centuries ago. The whole reencarnation issue was great. Also the fact that everybody is a psychic is true too. I've made revelations in my life before and that's because I love myself enough to care about my well being and what's right for me.

Read the "Conversations" trilogy a while back and later the purchased the "Communion With God" audio CD. I have a long commute to work so I purchased Conversations I and II on audio. I just love how it speaks to the reader - very simple and direct. If you are a traditional evangelical (as I was raised) the book will probably freak you out a little at first - as it did me. But after I got over the shock that maybe God didn't stop talking to people 2,000 years ago and accepted the fact that just maybe what I've been told all my life is not actually the whole truth, the book made perfect sense. For me it is one of those audio books I listen to over and over because there is so much depth.

When I first read this years ago I was amazed how much I resonated with the message. I had never heard a better spriritual and life purpose explanation. I've applied these principles in my life with great success but as with anything, I get distracted at times and drift away from them. I had previously had this on cassette tape and had not listened in awhile but the cd format allows me to put this on my ipod and listen while driving, walking, etc. It's great way to reinforce the message! I recommend this to anyone and everyone.
