I WAS HAVING A REALLY BAD DAY AT WORK AND I CAME HOME TO THIS SONG.A FRIEND OF MINE LET ME HEARD IT . IT JUST SPOKE TO MY SITUATION I GOT UP AND IMMEDIATLY STARTED LOOK FOR A COPY OF MY OWN WITH NO SUCCESS. I JUST KEEP HEARING THAT SONG IN MY HEAD . GOD HAS BLESSED YO U AND YOU BLESSED ME WITH THAT SONG. KEEP ON PRAISING HIM.

I HAVE HAD THE OPPERTUNITY TO LISTEN TO GREG O' QUIN ALBUM. IT WASNT BAD BUT I MUST SAY IT WASNT THE BOMB! BUT I TOLD THE STORM, YES, THAT SONG REALLY MINISTERS TO MY SPIRIT. I AM THE SOLOIST OF THAT SONG AT MY CHURCH AND I GET JOY EVERYTIME I SING IT. THAT SONG LETS ME KNOW THAT THERE IS PEACE AND HOPE FOR EVERY STORM THAT ARISES IN MY LIFE!!!

I am so excited that I was able to find this CD on Amazon.com. I was so blessed to hear this song for the first when the Mass Choir ministered to via song at my Church (The Ray Of Hope Christian Church in Decatur, Georgia). Since my move to Georgia in January of 2000, I have had many storms and the enemy was trying to get me throw in the towel. when I heard this song it just help me to realize that God is still Sovereign! All I need to do is tell the storm that I will not be defeated. Praises God and thanks to Tia Young at the Ray of Hope and Tony Lewis of St. Pete, Florida for encouraging me in the LORD!

This project is great...I'm not a big music fan, but when I like something I really like it. It's so ironic how I was looking for another song and came upon, "I told the Storm". When the Lord said do a good thing...you all took it to heart! That song had me and my whole department flowing. I think I played it on the internet for days. The only thing is, I should have found it sooner. Continue to let God himself, move in your music. Psalmist/Praisers go ahead of the army before battle and with this project the battle is already won. Also, on "My First Love"...I listened to that song over and over and over...thinking, I know this voice. Knowing I'd heard parts of the song, but just couldn't remember where. It hit me one night after choir practice. That voice was none other than Carnell Murrell, my Minister of Music. I tell you, when God sets you up....he really does it. Keep on keeping on!!

I told the storm is a song that I believe everyone can relate to. Sometimes in this life you have to tell the storm to get out of your way. I like the part that says "Job can't make me, bills can't break me...that's what I told the storm." This song will truly have you shouting in the midst of the storm!!!!

Gospel CDs usually are very similar taken the fact that they are in the same genre of music and this CD is not really that unique from any other gospel CD. It is a good CD now. Two songs that I particularly like are the first song I WANNA KNOW YOU and the hit I TOLD THE STORM. Now the latter song is definitely 1 of the bondage breaking songs where one can jus let loose. I recommend this CD!

Brought 2 copies, one as gift for a friend, and one for me, I love this cd. Favorite tracks are #1 and #11

I brought this cd when it first came out and someone stole it. I guess they need encouragement as well. But I just purchase this cd it can really speak to your heart and soul. My favorite tracks I suggest for you to listen to are Dry Your Eyes, Know You, and I Told The Storm. Purchase this cd it will change your walk in Christ.
