Hislop was a devotee of Sai Baba several decades ago when the crowds were less. He had the privelage of having many interviews with Baba. This book is a collection of many taped interviews where Hislop asks Sai Baba many very intelligent questions about the nature of man and the universe. Hislop shows himself to be intelligent and spiritually developed, and his questions seem to come from a lot of inner inquiry. Baba's answers, of course, are direct and confident, and many of the things said in this book are worthy of several days of thought.

This is not Sai Baba's discourses, where he speaks in a more general way so as to reach all types of people. This is Baba answering questions placed by an advanced, sincere spiritual seeker. If you could ask the creator of the univere whatever you wanted, what would you ask?

This is simply the best book that I have ever read. I've read it twice and will reread it again. Sai Baba answers many advanced spiritual questions beautifully and eloquently. Baba has performed miracles in my life, and he will in yours if you surrender love to God. We are unbelievably blessed to have an actual avatar living with us today and Sai Baba is here for you. Buy this book today and read it again and again.
