Over the last few years I have read many, many books on the subject of afterlife communications. This, however, is the only book I've come across that deals specifically with souls who have taken their own lives.

The insights provided from these souls is truly amazing! They answer many questions such as why they chose to commit suicide, what would have helped them to choose life instead of death, as well as what they've learned since "crossing over" re: life in general, and the impact of suicide.

This book is not only meant for those who've lost loved ones to suicide, and those who've attempted to take their own life, but it's meant for EVERYONE - EVERY SOUL - on this earth. Through the reading of this book, one can learn much about how to LIVE -and to do so happily and filled with excitement.

After I lost my former husband, my friend, the father of my children, to suicide, I sought help for coping with the devastation in our household. I was "directed" to Lysa's book in an odd manner. This book contained the words of people who committed suicide, as told to Lysa from the afterlife. It was of great help and comfort in attempting to understand the reason for the suicide, and assisted in helping me to feel at peace with the current place of being of my loved one. After I read the book, on the last page I found a phone number to contact Lysa for a phone session with Lysa and the deceased. After I did so, I felt as if a 100 pound weight had been lifted from me, as I removed any blame from myself as I was directed to do, and decided to go on with my life. I then scheduled a phone session with Lysa for myself and my children. Once again, the deceased came through. This session was of immense help to my children and assisted in recovering a peace and joy which had been lacking in our household since the suicide. Not only did their father come through to speak to us, but also our dearly beloved deceased dogs, with whom we desired contact. My children felt their anger diminish, and felt more at peace after the session. I highly recommend Lysa's book to anyone who has lost a loved one through suicide, and Lysa herself to anyone who has lost a loved one, either human or animal.

No one in my life has killed themselves, yet my mom told me to read this book. She had a channeling session with the author, Lysa, and was so amazed by the information that came through from the other side. Names and details about my sister who got killed in a car accident in 1976.

I read the book, having a bit of an attitude at first, and then, I COULDN'T PUT IT DOWN!! I read it in one hour and then read it again over the holidays. This is a book for everyone whose ever wanted to find out how to live the life of their dreams.

Conversations with the Spirit World is a wonderful book that affirms the truth of "life-after-death" and gives poignant useful information for how those on this side of the veil can live more happy, fulfilled and productive lives by moving through our illusions, fears, doubts and blockages to love.

This book brings important spiritual truths to light in a wonderfully simple and direct way. I can also see how it can heal many hearts and help the families of suicide to release the self-tyranny of their guilt. In addition, it is a catalyst for a deeper understanding of the continuity of life, and affirms this truth with stunning clarity.

Dear Mrs. Moskowitz-Mateu,

Hello, I am a 20 year old from Minneapolis, MN. I just would like to say how much of an impact your book, Conversations with the spirit world has had on me and my life. This book has touched my soul and my mind in ways that I didn't even know they could be touched. Your book has saved my life a few times -- to be honest. While feeling depressed and suicidal, I know if I sit down with your book I can get something out of it that makes me want to live again.

Your book speaks of things happening for a reason and things are already planned. Well, I truly believe that. See, it is a funny story of how I found out about you. One night, my computer had gone on the fritz, I think, so of course I couldn't use it. Desperate to find something to do I turned on the radio to a radio talk show called Love Lines -- a show I, then, rarely listened to. It had been weeks, if not months, since I had listen to the show.

But the thing that makes me wonder is that somehow it ended up that you were on that show promoting your book. What are the chances of me blindly turning on the radio to find you speaking of a book dedicated to the toughest struggle I am having. That night, out of all the nights I never listened to it, you were on. That right there says a lot. That I would just happen upon it. But now of course I don't believe that things just accidentally happen. Something so profound doesn't just happen by accident.

Needless to say, I bought the book ASAP. Now it is falling apart from reading it and is marked up beyond belief. I may have been dead if not for your book.

I don't know what the chances are you may actually read this e-mail personally but I hope you do. Your book, to me, has become a Bible of sorts. In fact, your book touches me more than the Bible could ever touch me. The words within it are so relevant to me and, I'm sure, other people.

I won't ramble on like a crazy fan, but I just wanted to say that if not for you, Charley and co., I may have been dead by now. I am not perfect though. I am still 'in training,' I guess you could say. But I'm on my way.

Thank you very much, again. If you can I would like to hear from you maybe -- but if not, I know we may see each other in the future (not too soon though, let's hope).

My brother killed himself in March of '84. Since that time, I have lived with the regretful feelings of 'What I could have or should have done to save his life.'

After reading - Conversations with the Spirit World - I have been freed from this bondage of my past. I now know things about Stuart, my brother, that only could have come to me through this book. I now release my guilt and regret, knowing that in doing so, Stuart is released from his. We all have lessons to learn on this earth and I now know that there is no way out. We must continue to face our fears and suicide is not an option nor an escape from this fact. I had the privilege of having a private session with Lysa last week and the results were astounding. She and this book are a gift to the world.

Conversations with the spirit world brought about changes in my perception of life. By using the ideas spoken by the spirits I was able to create a firm foundation on which I have a new way of living. There truly is a spiritual reality and although we are not able to see it, I believe that the seen world springs from an unseen realm. Give yourself a gift of awareness,courage and commitment by reading this book.

Thank you for opening my heart with this wonderful book. After reading it and seeing Lysa live at a local store, I no longer belive, I KNOW my brother is with me always. I have read many books on life after death and talking to spirits and all of it, but CONVERSATIONS WITH THE SPIRIT WORLD touched me in a way I have never been touched before. It is humorous, loving, and inspiring. This book is a gift you give to yourself and to everyone who means something to you in this world.

There are an over whelming number of books that can be found out there, and I have read a great deal of them. I started to read Lysa's book, and I couldn't put it down. It really touched me more than any other book I have read before.

I feel the need to share this book with others. My friend of 11 years committed suicide a month ago. And even though I would love to hear from him one more time, I found that you understood what it really felt like to be a survivor. I know he tries to communicate to me. I just wish I knew what it was he is trying to say. So anyway I just wanted to Thank you, Lysa, for writing that book and for putting yourself out there in order to help others.
