I ordered women's size 8.5 and received a men's size 8.5. I contacted the shipper but never received response from them. I will not pay a shipping cost for a mistake done by their shipping crew and I bought it with free shipping. Plus the sole was not perfectly clean. You could tell that it has been tried on many times. Because it has some fibers and dirt stuck on the sole. I was happy the way the quality of the shoes. My daughter loves Converse shoes so I ordered this for her birthday, but was so dissappointed when we received the wrong size. For not getting any response from SHOEBACCA, I gave only 2 stars. I will not recommend to buy from SHOEBACCA.
