Lightweight but hot.,

I bought these 6" boots specifically for summer, as they are lightweight compared to my Red Wings. Also, the side zipper has made putting on the boots a snap. Pros: Lightweight, durable and comfortable. Cons: Hot and the zipper on one of the boots wore out in less than a year. I paid around $85 for these so they aren't a lot of money. I could have stopped using the zipper, but the ease of putting the boots on was one of the attractions to purchasing them. But as for what I used them for which was working on construction sites, I'd rather spend $150 for a pair of 6" Red Wings that will last me for many years.

Got a pair of these excellent boots, and cant be happier with their comfort, durability, looks, and price!
The only prob was that the color of the soles of two single boots slightly differ from eachother, but No big deal for such work boots! Be advised that the size chart have 2 different sizes for each number (M for Medium and sth else for Large). Medium fits fine unless your feet are really large. Lastly the zippers are hard to pull down and up, but not harder than to tie laces:))

Wife got me these for work and they are comfortable out of the box. A bit heavy maybe but surely lighter than steel toes. Feels sorta like a hightop tennis shoe. Got them for the zipper feature, as I'm in and out of customers houses, but find it awkward at best...easy to get off but hard to get back on. They are only a month in or so and that might get easier. Not quite a five but an easy four. My .02

This might be the most comfortable pair of work boots I've found yet. I use them as my "dress" boots, often for 14 or 16 hour days on my feet. I'm gonna order more now, just in case they get discontinued.

These Boots Are Made For Walking,
By There has been one small problem with the boots in that I developed a dime size, but very deep blister on my right heel about 3/4s of an inch up the side of my foot. It has healed pretty quickly but I added some high tech anti-blister pads to the boots to prevent another episode. Maybe that actually makes the boot a 4.75 Star Product but that setting doesn't exist so they are still a 5 Star item for me.

My son wears these and is on his feet all the time with Homeland Security. I bought the boots at his recommendation.
I wear them 8-10 hours a day and walk a couple miles in the process. Comfortable for me. The insoles aren't fitting exactly the same on each foot though. That means each boot feels different, but I only feel that for two minutes each day when putting them on. Easy to clean the soles when you get int some mud. I like the zip feature. No regrets. The only thing I don't like is the appearance of the leather after some exposure to dirt and the elements....Probably not a fair report for a work boot. :)

Great Boots!,
By I've worn these boots on ships from the Persian Gulf to McMurdo, Antarctica and would recommend them to anyone. The only reason I am replacing them is that I forgot them on my last ship!

HURT FEET!!,

These boots are hurting my feet, the tread on the bottom of the boots can be felt on your feet. They are causing the ball of my foot to swell. I bought these boots for use in Iraq and are very disappointing. I walk about 10KM every day and had to switch back to my old boots and order a new pair. This was a $100.00 mistake, and a painful one at that.
