First off, let it be known that this is an adapter for power only. It will not convert any other part of the USB line. This is meant for power adapters ONLY... if it worked.

With that said, it doesn't work for power adapters either. The craftsmanship is so poor, connections are, at best, intermittent (on 1 adapter... I bought 2), the second adapter had a dead short that shut my phone down whenever it was plugged in.

NOT WORTH THE RISK. NOT EVEN WORTH THE 1¢ (as well as shipping charges).

This is the proof that you do indeed get what you pay for.

I only gave it 1 star because Amazon will not allow zero.

I bought four for a new Motorola Droid so I would not have to invest in new chargers that I had for my Q. I keep one at home, one in my briefcase, one in the car and one spare as I travel alot.
Four showed up. One did nothing. Two shut down the phone as soon as I plugged it in - every time. The fourth works - sort of/sometimes - if you have just the right pressure on one side of the plug.
The short story is they are non-functional.
The first SCAM is that Motorola couldn't just stick with the standard set up. They change so you have to re invest in all the accessories every time you buy a new phone.
The second SCAM is that this vendor prices at 1 cent, then adds $ to the handling charges and writes a very liberal return policy that only applies to the purchase price. So, I can spend another $5 to ship them all back and get 4 cents back for these worthless little trinkets.
SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM.
This new technology that is supposed to save me time and money ALWAYS ends up costing me more and taking more time and effort to get it to do what it is intended to.
If I could rate this product and vendor with a negative number of stars, I would.

I bought 3 of these, and each of them have begun to short out within days of starting to use them. You have to position the phone just right for them to work. I know it's not the phone because this doesn't happen with my regular chargers, and it's not the chargers or the cable I'm using, because using them without the adapter works just fine.

Don't waste your time or money on these.
