Let me first say that this CD contains re-recordings.

Now at this point most people would go look for another CD but WAIT!
Even though these not the original master tracks, Conway sounds amazingly good. His voice is more deeper and lower than at the original recordings but that doesn't make it worse (in fact, maybe even better) and suits the songs just fine. Of course, if you still want the originals than you should not look here. For those that don't mind and want to hear Conway with a more 'mature' voice, get this.

We're actually only vaguely familiar with Conway Twitty and his music. We bought this disc as a birthday gift for one of our in-laws who assures us that all of Mr.
Twitty's best stuff is here. We have no reason to doubt this assertion as this person has whiled away many an evening at one of the local honky-tonks listening to tunes just such as these. For those who enjoy the genre and Conway in particular--get this.

I purchase this for my mother and she just loves it. She turns her speakers up loud and listens to Conway Twitty all day long. It's fun to see her get such enjoyment from his oldies.
