"Coffee Creations" by Gwin Grogan Grimes ($12.95, Rio Nuevo Publishers, 80 pp.). There's over 50 recipes, starting with a wide variety of coffee drinks, then progressing to entrees and then desserts. With lot's of full-color pictures, you'll practically be licking the pages (but I don't recommend that).
