I love Italian food. I love Italy. This book combines both of these subjects, offering authentic Italian recipes with gorgeous pictures of Italian scenery. It is generously thick and detailed. Plenty of food pictures as well. I especially appreciate that this book includes recipes from every region of Italy. Too often, I find that Italian cookbooks limit themselves to a particular region and I am left disappointed. I have not yet tried any of the recipes, but felt compelled to share my excitement since the book has not received any reviews yet. If you enjoy Italian food and culture, please don't hesitate to pick this volume up!

I love this book. I've only had it for a couple of weeks but I've made several things from it, including fresh pasta and all have been delicious. It's easy to follow and the masterclass lessons are excellent. They give you assistance on techniques that you may be unfamiliar with, including step by step photos.
