I was also planning to give this as a gift but refuse to give someone such poor quality. As a previous poster mentioned, the tips of the utensils are chipped and the wood is cracked. I'm returning this item.

Worth the money. Shipping as always fast. High quality, was nervous about the dishwasher but so far it stands up beautifully. Love the huge whisk.

These bamboo utensils are far better than any wood or that OTHER stuff I've used. They clean up so much better than wood also. The tuners slide under anything you want to flip real easy. I will be buying more.

After reading both good and bad reviews I decided to purchase this item anyway. Upon recieving it, the tub is broken. I tried using gorrila glue but it just looks worse. But the utensils are in A+ shape. Going to try calling amazon for another tub. This is trully a great item, but its hit or miss if you get broken items it seems.

I was delighted with this product you get a lot of utensils for a great price. the tongs and the wisk alone are worth the money.
you will have to sand down the utensils when you get it the finish is rough and there is shellac or lacquer on it. but 20 minutes of sanding and it is gorgeous.

Kinda works if your broke and cant find anything else then ok but for anybody that wants more than a few months on the gear get something else!

I like this product a lot. They are very ease to clean and they look good in my kitchen. If you ask me I definitely recommend.

Ordered this directly from the manufacturer, and although the first shipment yielded a damaged product, the seller was extremely responsive, and I received the second set within 2 days of contacting them. The utensils seem pretty sturdy and have worked well so far. I would recommend this product and this seller, very satisfied customer.

I bought these as a Christmas present for my boyfriend 2 years ago, and we still love them. They have held up great, go in the dishwasher regularly, and are super easy to clean. The tub has a little extra room so we've been able to put a few of other favorite utensils in the container as well. Overall I love these and would buy them again!
