I have had this product for years, and found that it had finally gave up, so I found it on amazon and ordered two of them, one was a gift. I cannot be without this product, it does so much, I have one in my home and one in my RV.

The Processor is a good concept to do many task without bringing out your electric food processor. However, this particular model was very poor design. The handle will skip if you do not chopped your items, which defeats the purpose of the whole thing.
Many years ago, I owned a similar product and it was great. Much robust and well made....I though this one was the same,. but I was wrong. There is no use for the handle. You must hold on to the lid while you turning the handle, which makes it very difficult. I was dissapointed, because I had a very good experience with the older model few years back. Clearly this on is not the same.
