Don't bother to buy this book...,

This book is a waste of money. Recipes are only printed on one side of the page, not on the back (what a waste of paper!) There are a total of 52 recipes, including desserts and bread recipes. The author uses a ton of fat free, low fat, substitute type ingredients that taste like "junk". You can eat healthy without using that kind of stuff. Basically this is more like a recipe booklet geared towards quantity "healthy" cooking, but doesn't even give you what the quantity for the recipe is. So you have no idea how many people the recipe will feed.
