I have been using this cookie cookbook for 15 years, everytime I try a new recipe the results are delicious. The chocolate puffs are some of my families all-time favorite cookies. Cookiemania will certainly get you off to a good start as a cookie maker or give you a new take on some old favorites, with excellent recipes for every kind of cookie anyone could ever want.

This book of recipes is an instructive approach to cookie making. Besides offering insights into ingredient nuances, the authors have put together a variety of tasty cookies that are diverse in appeal. They have also included brownies and cookie bars. It was just what I was looking for in a cookie book.

I've used this cookbook for over 10 years. My personal favorite is Cream Cheese Butter Cookies.
They are great with coffee or tea and don't need any frosting.
I recently made them in the shape of the breast cancer ribbon to sell at my school's Christmas
Cookie sale and I did frost them with bright pink frosting. Yummy
