This review is from: Cookin'With Powdered Milk (Cookin` With Home Storage) (Spiral-bound)
We aren't milk drinkers so I keep dry powdered milk on hand for emergency needs and for cooking purposes.
This little book contains some useful information regarding storage and mixing as well as several recipes.

It also contains information about making yogurt and cheese from powdered milk. I was hoping for more tips and ideas that would suit today's needs for powdered milk.

I'm keeping the book because much of the information is useful, but it's less than what I'd hoped for.
