All of the recipes I've tried so far have been excellent. This is a cookbook I'll use forever compared to most of my cookbooks which I usually use for only one or two recipes. You don't have to be into "healthy" cooking. These recipes are for dishes that anyone would like. My only criticism is that the recipes don't have the nutritional information listed.
