I recommend this series no matter who you are - an amateur (but serious) cook or a professional.

Each tape is about 30 minutes long and covers the tapes topic in detail with plenty of understanding. (The tape assumes you're not a pro)

Look a a different tape each night and have plenty of culinary entertainment!
