Every cook should have a copy of this in their kitchen. Wish I had this book a long time ago. This book delivers everything it promises. One of the best books on my Kindle. It is written well with a working Table of Contents. Fluently written, easy to read and great formatting. I highly recommend this little gem to every cook from beginner to experienced. Worth every cent!!!! Hats off to the author. :0)
