This is a great cookbook for starters! I enjoyed the basic techniques and tips it offers. It shows you step by step on how to do different basic dishes. It offers two different ways to do most dishes. It has a wide variety of recipes and options. I think that everyone will understand and enjoy this book.

They don't deliver, Left me hang for a month, never answered e-mails. I would have been a lot more understanding if they had told me their problem, about the book. They just acted as if I didn't matter. Which is not a nice feeling for anyone. I still don't have the problem resolve. William-Sonoma, Library collection, cooking basics. From Jacqueline Mallorca, books...
