Cooking the Caribbean Way by Mary Slater will deliver over 200 pages of culinary delights from all over the Caribbean.

There are even recipes for Green Turtle Meat - highly unlikely to be obtained legally, but still a joy to read the ingredients.

My favorite is Salamagundi from Jamaica.
