Chef Brad's 1st cookbook is okay but his 2nd one is so much better! So don't waste your $ on this one and just purchase Those Wonderful Grains II!!!

This is a great book for breads and such. My family loves the Pizza recipe. We use it a lot for our Pizza parties. I highly recomend this book.

I absolutely loved this book, so I bought his Grains Book II as well. Very interesting information about grains plus wonderful healthy recipes too!
