More About the Author

After a long and happy career in food publishing as an editor and cookbook writer, Wyler was deeply influenced by a professional collaboration with the renowned Swiss doctor Thomas Rau. In the course of writing a book together, "The Swiss Secret to Optimal Health," Wyler discovered the powerful health potential and anti-aging effects of sound nutrition. In fact, it impressed her so deeply that she returned to school as a nutrition major and at the end of 2011, will graduate from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a master's degree in public health and imminent certification as a Registered Dietitian. She deeply believes that delicious food is nutritious food and sets out to prove it in her next book on acid reflux, which she is writing with Dr. Jorge Rodriguez, to be published in 2012 by Tenspeed Press.
