It's too bad that this book is now out of print. It is by far the best of the Girl Scout camping cookbooks and a lot of this information has been hedged out of Girl Scouting over the years, lost to old leaders and grown up Girl Scouts. There are a lot of very good ideas for campsite use and most of the recipes are quite delicious.

My mom used this book as a girl scout and now I use the same book for boy scouts. Great ideas for scouts and families that love to cook out of doors.
