About the Author

Linda Micheff Johnson is the host of a children’s program on 3ABN called "Tiny Tots for Jesus." She leads out in prayer ministries, cooks for large groups, enjoys nature walks, and spending time with friends. Linda is involved in camp ministry with her husband, and has a son, daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren.

Brenda Micheff Walsh is the producer and host of a children’s program on 3ABN called, "Kids Time." She is a registered nurse, owns a floral business, and is an interior designer. She enjoys singing with her sisters and they have just released their third gospel CD, Hymns from the Heart. Brenda is the author of Battered to Blessed , her personal story of domestic abuse. She is married with two grown daughters and two grandsons. Cinda Micheff Sanner lives in Knoxville, Tennessee with her husband, and two children. She is the producer of the "Tiny Tots for Jesus" program on 3ABN. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and is well known for her gift of entertaining. Cinda conducts seminars on Christian fellowship, and enjoys photography, scuba diving, and snow skiing.

This cookbook is a great resource. I was unable to make the jump to vegan vegetarianism until I came across this book. Many of the recipes in the book have a big taste which I missed when using other cookbooks. The recipes are not weird or unusual and many catapult off of mainstream cooking ideas. It is easy to make delightful, delicious, attractive dishes. The recipes are mostly uncomplicated and the ladies go into detail about the products they use and how to obtain them. Kudos to the Micheff sisters!!! More cookbooks please!!! :)

Such a great cookbook; even a complete novice could follow and execute these recipes successfully. Better than most vegetarian cookbooks- Not the "same old recipes"!

Even though we're not a vegan family, we've enjoyed all of the recipes we've made from this book. In fact, I've taken several dishes to potlucks and gotten raves on everything. The book has a variety of entree recipes, using a variety of ingredients. The little "my husband likes this with" notes are the perfect touch...I can picture the authors feeding their families from these favorites that they've published.
