Having tried recipes by Alastair Hendy from the Style magazine, I was thrilled to see that he had done a cookbook. Not only is it beautifully presented,the recipes are simple, easy to follow and taste delicious. They reflect Alastair Hendy's spirit of adventure, in that he has included recipes from his travels abroad in the Middle East, India, Thailand and Alastair Hendy may be a self-taught cook but he certainly knows how to combine ingredients to give food a wonderful flavour. I hope that this is going to be the first book in a long line of cookbooks by Alastair Hendy and if he were to write another, I would the first in line. |
