I actually found this book in the reserve collection of Michigan State University's library when doing research for a paper. It actually has a lot of very good information, especially if you are looking for information about the cuisine of specific areas in Germany. The recipes look complicated and lengthy for the likes of me, but perhaps only because they are traditional!
